The RuPI(Rudder Position Indicator) is developed to aid safe anchoring and docking even in a narrow space manoeuvring as it allows the driver to recognize the angles and direction motion of the bow of the motor boat. It can be easily attached on the centre of the steering wheel.
 
Most novice boat drivers have difficulty while anchoring or docking the boat and may drive backwards and forwards several times due to their inability to accurately determine the direction of the rudder.
